Organizational Structure of the Chinese Company

总公司 Head Office - zǒng gōngsī
分公司 Branch Office - fèn gōngsī
人事部 Personnel Department - rénshì bù
人力资源部 Human Resources Department - rénlì zīyuán bù
财务部 General Accounting Department - cáiwù bù
销售部 Sales Department - xiāoshòu bù
国际部 International Department - guójì bù
公共关系 Public Relations Department - gōnggòng guān xì bù
市场营销部 Sales/Marketing Department - shìchǎng yíngxiāo bù
广告部 Advertising Department - guǎnggào bù
企划部 Planning Department - qǐhuà bù
产品开发部 Product Development Department - chǎnpǐn kāifā bù
研发部 Research and Development Department(R&D) - yánfā bù

Then, you can use this sentence structure to introduce the company structure:

Gōngsī yǒu..., yí ge shì..., yí ge shì..., yí ge shì..., háiyǒu yí ge shì... .
The company has...(departments), one is..., one is..., one is..., and the other one is....
For example:
公司有4个部：一个是研发生产部，一个是市场营销部，一个是财务部，还有一个是管理服务部。
Gōngsī yǒu sì ge bù: yí ge shì yánfā shēngchǎn bù, yí ge shì shìchǎng yíngxiāo bù, yí ge shì cáiwù bù, háiyǒu yí ge shì guǎnlǐ fúwù bù.
The company has four departments: one is the R&D Department, one is the Sales/Marketing Department, one is the Financial Department, and the other one is the Service Management Department.
