(Where is the booking hall, please?)

wǒ xiǎnɡ dìnɡ yì zhānɡ qù shànɡ hǎi de fēi jī piào 。 
2.我想订一张去上海的飞机票。
(I want to book a ticket to Shanghai.)

nín hǎo , wǒ xiǎnɡ qǔ piào 。 zhè shì wǒ de hù zhào hé piào hào 。
3.您好,我想取票。这是我的护照和票号。
(Excuse me, I want to get the ticket. Here are my passport and ticket number.)

nín hǎo , wǒ xiǎnɡ ɡǎi qiān 。
4.您好,我想改签。
(Excuse me, I want to change the ticket.)
