Frequently Used Chinese Sentences – Before Setting Off

When you need to go to school or go to work in the morning, will you get up early to do some preparations or go out in a hurry? And before we go out, we often look at the weather and decide whether to take an umbrella or not. How long does it usually take you to go out? Today we are going to learn some expressions about the topic of before setting off. Come on and enjoy it!

kuài qǐ chuánɡ， bù rán ɡāi chí dào le。
1. 快起床，不然该迟到了。
(Get up quickly, or you will be late.)

nǐ shuā yá xǐ liǎn le mɑ？
2. 你刷牙洗脸了吗？
(Did you brush teeth or wash your face?)

chī le zǎo fàn zài zǒu bɑ， wǒ yǐ jīnɡ zuò hǎo le。
3. 吃了早饭再走吧，我已经做好了。
(Have some breakfast before you leave. I’ve done already.)

wǒ bānɡ nǐ pào le yì bēi kā fēi， hē le zài zǒu bɑ。
4. 我帮你泡了一杯咖啡，喝了再走吧。
(I cooked a cup of coffee for you, you can have it before you leave.)

jīn tiān wǒ ɡāi chuān shén me ne？
5. 今天我该穿什么呢？
(What should I dress today?)

nǐ de nà jiàn bái sè de chèn shān wǒ zuó tiān xǐ le， chuān bié de bɑ！
6. 你的那件白色的衬衫我昨天洗了，穿别的吧！
(I washed your white shirt wore yesterday. You can wear another one!)

jīn tiān nǐ duō chuān yí jiàn bɑ， mǎ shànɡ yào biàn tiān le。
7. 今天你多穿一件吧，马上要变天了。
(You can wear more clothes, for the weather is changing.)

dài sǎn le mɑ？ jīn tiān hǎo xiànɡ huì xià yǔ。
8. 带伞了吗？今天好像会下雨。
(Did you bring an umbrella? It seems going to rain.)

jīn tiān jǐ diǎn huí jiā， yào jiā bān mɑ？
9. 今天几点回家，要加班吗？
(What time will you come home? Will you work overtime?)

xià bān huí jiā de shí hou ɡěi wǒ mǎi yí ɡè dàn ɡāo bɑ！
10. 下班回家的时候给我买一个蛋糕吧！
(Please buy a piece of cake for you after work!)

xià bān yǐ hòu zǎo diǎn er huí lái， wǒ děnɡ nǐ yì qǐ chī fàn。
11. 下班以后早点儿回来，我等你一起吃饭。
(Come back early after work. I will wait for you to have dinner together.)

chū mén de shí hou kě yǐ bǎ lā jī dài chū qu mɑ？
12. 出门的时候可以把垃圾带出去吗？
(Can you bring the trash out when going out?)

bié wànɡ le dài yào shi， ɡōnɡ jiāo kǎ， shǒu jī hé qián bāo。
13. 别忘了带钥匙，公交卡，手机和钱包。
(Don’t forget to bring your key, bus card, phone and wallet.)

nǐ zhǔn bèi hǎo le mɑ？ wǒ men ɡāi chū fā le。
14. 你准备好了吗？我们该出发了。
(Are you ready? It’s time to set off.)

hǎo le mɑ ？ wǒ men zǒu bɑ！
15. 好了吗？我们走吧！
(Have you done? Let’s go!)

nǐ jiào chē le mɑ ？ shī fu jǐ diǎn lái ？
16. 你叫车了吗？师傅几点来？
(Have you called for a car? What time will the driver arrive?)

kuài dián er， lái bù jí le。
17. 快点儿，来不及了。
(Hurry up, we’re late. )

wǒ děi ɡǎn jǐn zǒu le。
18. 我得赶紧走了。
(I have to run.)

lù shànɡ xiǎo xīn！
19. 路上小心！
(Be careful on the road!)

zhù yì ān quán！
20. 注意安全！
(Take care!)
